Aleš Hradil is a partner at the law firm DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS, where he has been working since 2014 and as an attorney since 2018.

Aleš has extensive experience primarily in the field of insolvency and restructuring of credit exposures. In recent years, he has participated in numerous significant cases, representing mainly banking creditors, and has experience as both a member and chairman of creditor committees.

Aleš is also active in the areas of banking and finance, M&A transactions, including acquisition financing, and litigation.

Between 2015 and 2024, Aleš was a member of the Review Committee of the Ministry of Finance, appointed as an external expert. Since 2023, he has been a member of the Turnaround Management Association Czech Republic.
